Your workspace

A workspace belongs to the business that created it. The owner controls users, roles and the business knowledge base.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you verify, including services, pricing, opening hours and policies.

AI-generated responses

Engage answers customers using information imported from your website or captured in your workspace. Information discovered automatically is marked as unverified until an owner or manager approves it.

Engage will not invent or assume a business policy. Where a policy is unknown, the conversation is handed to a person.

Trials and subscriptions

Paid plans begin with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the selected plan is billed monthly in advance until cancelled.

Fees are quoted in South African Rand and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use Engage to send unsolicited bulk marketing, to process data you have no lawful basis to process, or in breach of WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
